APS Chapter 1373
The Spring Hill Stamp Club serves collectors in Northern Illinois from its meeting location in Elgin, Illinois. If you are interested in collecting, please join our club! Members range from novices to experts. Come learn, share and trade. Spring Hill Stamp Club meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at Panera Bread, 2848 N. Randall Rd., Elgin, IL at 7pm.. Panera Bread is on the west side of Randall Road between I-90 (Northwest Tollway) and Route 72.
